Riverfront Broadcasting Rapid City’s KQRQ-FM Name ‘Station of the Year’ Marconi Winner

At the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) celebration held at NAB Show September 9th in New York City.

Dateline: New York City, October 10th, 2024 — The 35th Annual Marconi Awards recognizing the best radio stations & personalities from across the nation was held at the Javits Center during the NAB Show New York.

Riverfront Broadcasting’s KQRQ-FM was selected from a field of five finalists in the “Small Market Radio Station of the Year” category.

Marconi finalists were selected by a committee of broadcasters, and the winners were voted on by the NAB Marconi Radio Awards Selection Academy.

Established in 1989 and named after inventor and Nobel Prize winner Guglielmo Marconi, the NAB Marconi Radio Awards are given to radio stations and outstanding air personalities to recognize excellence in radio.
