- Political Broadcasting Advisory November 2007 - Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman
- Political Webinar: The South Dakota Broadcasters Association cooperated with a number of other states to produce a webinar about political broadcasting for the upcoming election year. The webinar is entitled "The 2007 Political Broadcasting Webinar" with David Oxenford, Bobby Baker and Hope Cooper and is available online for several more months. It was originally broadcast on October 16, 2007. Participating states (in addition to ourselves) are the Broadcast Associations from: Alabama, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana Association, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Oregon, New York, North Dakota, Tennessee and Wyoming. The 2007 Political Broadcasting Webinar and the power point presentations are available online for one year.
