The SDBA Leadership Conference will be held this year on August 24 & 25, in conjunction with Kool Deadwood Nites in Deadwood, SD! “Great Cars, Great Fun, Great Music”….”Great South Dakota Broadcasters”! We’re excited to have NAB President, Senator Gordon Smith, join us this year. Senator Smith will share his insight with us on various topics Saturday morning, Aug 25. We are also pleased to have Kennen Williams, Noll Management Training, as our speaker. Kennen Williams has been the President of Noll & Associates since 1992. Prior to forming the company, he worked in the broadcasting industry for more than 20 years. Sessions with Kennen Williams will be Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. This year's Kool Deadwood Nites FREE concert line-up includes BJ THOMAS on Friday night (“Raindrops Keep Falling on my Head”) and ORLEANS on Saturday night (“Dance With Me”). Parade of classic cars is Sunday morning at 9:00am. Car lovers come together for four days full of classic cars, classic music and classic fun. It’s a 50’s and 60’s sock hop—Deadwood style.
